Old studios... sniff

Not that new studios aren't great, but having 2000+ sq. ft. on the top floor of a building with a view (and crazy water-tower pilings shooting through your window) is (was) awesome.
I'm still looking for this hat- green & yellow with Rockport Softball text, fits perfectly, very dirty.
